Pricing for mailboxes is driven by the number of mailboxes: the more you subscribe, the less you pay per mailbox.

A mailbox is defined as a unique, end delivery point for an email address. For POP3 and IMAP mailboxes, the endpoint will be a user account on our servers which may be accessed using a suitable mail client (program) or via our soyMAIL web-based email service. For SMTP Relay services the endpoint is the customer-defined delivery address on the customer's server.
There can be multiple email addresses (aliases) for each mailbox. When you request us to create a mailbox you must specify a primary email address, and you may optionally specify alias addresses which will also be delivered to that mailbox.

Please note that where multiple email addresses are delivered to a single mailbox, we do not guarantee that messages delivered to that mailbox will show the original email address specified by the sender of the message.
